PORTFOLIO - WEB DESIGN

The client wanted to renew their website because they didn't like the one they had at that moment.

My role was to redesign, deliver and maintain the client website.

When I started the process of the proposal I realised that the website had a booking system that we do not manage. I had to let the client know about this at the same time as offering a similar service that would cover their needs. So, I offered them our message panel, that is a very easy system where our clients can communicate with their customers through an email and also keep a record of their messages.

They accepted our offer and nowadays they receive around 5 messages per day asking for their hotel, that they manage through our platform, and they also have recommended us to their colleagues.
